IndusInd Bank Ltd accepts OTS proposal submitted by PC Jeweller Ltd

IndusInd Bank Limited vide its letter dated July 15, 2024 has conveyed its acceptance to the One Time Settlement ("OTS") proposal submitted by the Company.

The Company had opted for OTS to settle the outstanding dues. The terms and conditions of approved OTS include cash and equity component payable under settlement, release of securities and mortgaged properties etc.

Shares of PC Jeweller Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 69.57 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.04. The total number of shares traded during the day was 537992 in over 3199 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 70.94 and intraday low of 66.26. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36822059.00.
