JayKay Enterprises Limited fixes July 19, 2024 as record date for rights issue

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of JayKay Enterprises Limited at their meeting held on Friday, July 12, 2024, has approved the following terms and conditions of rights issue:

Record date: Friday, July 19, 2024 has been fixed for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to apply for the equity shares in the Rights Issue(“Record Date”).

Type of Security : Equity Shares (Fully Paid Up)

Rights Issue Price: ₹25/- per Rights Equity Share.

Rights entitlement Ratio: (1:1), i.e., 1 Rights Equity Share for every 1 Equity Share held by eligible shareholders as on the Record Date.

Number of Shares to be Issued : 5,84,57,688 Equity Shares.

Shares of JAYKAY ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 164.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 158.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 379913 in over 1290 trades.
