Sternal Buildcon Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of 'SGIL' (Signatureglobal (India) Ltd) had executed a sale deed dated 13-Jun-2024 to purchase the land admeasuring approximately 3.80625 acres situated at Sector 37D, on Dwarka Expressway, Village Harsaru Gurugram. The said land has an overall potential developable area of approximate 6 lacs square feet.

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1320.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1295.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63044 in over 2006 trades.
