The Board of Directors of TWENTYFIRST CENTURY MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.2/50p (25% dividend) per share of the face value Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The Company will arrange to pay the proposed Final Dividend after approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has fi xed Thursday, 26th July 2024 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members for the proposed Final Dividend.
