Computer Age Management Services Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 16.50

The board of directors of Computer Age Management Services Limited has recommended the payment of Dividend of Rs. 16.50 per equity share to be approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting as final dividend. The same will be subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 015 July 2024. If approved by the Shareholders, the above Dividend will be paid to those shareholders as on 08" July 2024 which has been fixed as the "Record Date" for determining the members eligible to receive dividend. The dividend will be disbursed on or before 30 July 2024. (This will be in addition to the three interim dividends aggregating to Rs. 30/- approved by the Board and paid during the year 2023-24).
