Sirca Paints India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Sirca Paints India Ltd has recommended final dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2025-26 subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM).
