KPIT Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 5.25

The board of directors of KPIT Technologies Limited has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend at Rs. 5.25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 52.5 %) for FY 2025-26, subject to declaration of the same by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be paid within the statutory timelines as per the Companies Act, 2013 & the Rules made thereunder.
