Rane Madras Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 16

The board of directors of Rane Madras Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs.16/- per equity share on 2,76,37,137 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of members at the ensuing 22nd AGM of the Company. The cut-off date for the purposes of determining eligible shareholders for dividend shall be July 29, 2026 (Wednesday). The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid/dispatched on August 14, 2026 (Tuesday) to the eligible shareholders.
