Mobavenue Media Private Limited ("MMPL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited ("MATL") (Formerly known as Lucent Industries Limited), has undertaken sustainability and community-focused initiatives during FY 2025-26 as part of its corporate social responsibility framework.
The Company has carried out a plantation initiative involving 15,000 trees across identified locations in Mirzapur and Sonbhadra districts of Uttar Pradesh. The plantation includes a mix of fruit-bearing and non-fruit-bearing trees and has been implemented with participation from approximately 88 farmers and community members, supporting local biodiversity and livelihood generation. The plantation initiative is estimated to contribute to carbon sequestration of approximately 10,000 tonnes over a period of twenty years*.
As part of this initiative, the Company has aligned the plantation scale with an internal benchmark of 75 trees per employee across its workforce.
Further, as part of its healthcare-focused CSR initiatives, the Company has conducted awareness sessions under the Cervical Cancer Mukt Bharat Abhiyan across two schools, reaching 358 individuals including parents, teachers and students, along with administration of 125 doses aimed at improving awareness and access to preventive healthcare.
The Company also continues to support healthcare initiatives in association with SJKRCC Trust, including financial support towards medical treatment for underserved patients, covering expenses such as medicines, medical equipment, consumables, nursing staff support, professional fees for medical practitioners, and other related general expenses. These initiatives reflect the Company's continued focus on integrating environmental and social responsibility within its community engagement framework.
