Hindustan Zinc Limited approves interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Zinc Limited through resolution passed by circulation on Tuesday, May 07, 2024, consented by majority of directors at 11:00 am, approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share i.e. 500% on face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25 amounting to Rs. 4,225.32 Crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, as already communicated is Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and the Interim Dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Hindustan Zinc Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 445.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 464.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 192545 in over 4874 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 467.35 and intraday low of 434.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 86625071.00.
