Kohinoor Foods allots 140361 shares

Kohinoor Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 11, 2008, has allotted 140,361 (One Lac forty thousand three hundred and sixty one only) shares to a Bond holder of the Company, at a conversion price of Rs 76/- per share in terms of the offering circular upon conversion of FCCB.
