Shree Ashtavinayak to consider conversion of FCCBs on Jul 18, 2008

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2008, for acceptance of Conversion opted by holders of FCCBs and for listing of the Equity shares on Stock Exchanges so converted from the Bonds.
