Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd board approves buyback of shares through tender offer route

The Board of Directors of Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd at its meeting held on April 12, 2024 approved a proposal to buy-back fully paid equity shares of the Company having a face value of Rs.5/- each from the existing shareholders through the "Tender Offer" route for an aggregate amount upto Rs. 16,465 lakhs at a price of Rs. 4,450 per equity share representing 3,70,000 equity shares, on a proportionate basis comprising 0.88% of the total paid up equity shares of the Company, subject 10 approval from the shareholders.

Shares of Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4014.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3909.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18585 in over 3496 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4070.00 and intraday low of 3837.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 73732727.00.
