Dynavision Ltd to purchase land for solar power plant

The Board of Directors of Dynavision Limited in its meeting held on 10th April 2024, has in principle approved the purchase of land in the name of the Company through land aggregators, M/s. Emind Management Consultants & Holdings Private Limited, for setting up of solar power generating facilities.

Shares of DYNAVISION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 315.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 305.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4727 in over 111 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 325.85 and intraday low of 310.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1503298.00.
