Tulsyan NEC Limited sells land to Kaizen Cold Formed Steel Pvt Ltd

Tulsyan NEC Limited has entered into an Agreement to sale on March 28, 2024 at Chennai in favour of M/s. Kaizen Cold Formed Steel Private Limited (Buyer), for sale of Plot No. B76, in the Iron and Steel Market Complex comprised in Survey No.3, / 1A1A3 part, Block No.3, Ward No.D, T.S.No.6 of Sathangadu Village limits of Chennai District within the Sub Registration District of Thiruvottriyur within the limits of Registration District of Chennai containing by admeasurement equivalent to 6867 sq.ft., on such terms and conditions as are mentioned therein.

The entire consideration amount shall be received by the Company in due course.

Shares of Tulsyan NEC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 84.21 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 84.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1493 in over 21 trades.
