Maruti Suzuki India Limited recalls 11,851 units of Baleno and 4,190 units of WagonR

Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced to recall 11,851 units of Baleno and 4,190 units of WagonR manufactured between 30th July, 2019 and 1st November, 2019.

It is suspected that there is a possible defect in a part of Fuel Pump Motor, which in a rare case may lead to engine stalling or engine starting issue.

Affected vehicle owners will be contacted by Maruti Suzuki authorized dealer workshops for replacement of the part, free of cost, in due course of time.

Shares of Maruti Suzuki India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12336.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11913.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26854 in over 8184 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12423.45 and intraday low of 11900.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 329023380.00.
