GPCB asks Valiant Organics Ltd to close operations of plant at GIDC Jhagadia

Valiant Organics Limited is in receipt of communication from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) for Company's manufacturing plant situated at Plot No: 918 & 919, GIDC Jhagadia, Bharuch, Gujarat directing closure of operations.

The Company will submit pointwise compliance as well as justification and shall be submitting all the relevant documents for revocation direction at the earliest.

Shares of Valiant Organics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 436.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 432.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8274 in over 588 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 438.40 and intraday low of 430.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3595225.00.
