Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd to enter into development agreement for new project

Shraddha Prime Projects Limited ("the Company") proposes to enter into a Development Agreement with M/s Vedas Corporation, a proprietary concern for a new project situated at plot No. 147A of the Dadar-Matunga Estate of the Corporation in the City and bearing C. S. No. 822/10 of Matunga Division admeasuring approximately 403.01 sq. mtrs.

Shares of Shraddha Prime Projects LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 202.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 199.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13510 in over 124 trades.
