DRC Systems India Ltd approves further investment in DRC Systems EMEA LLC - FZ

The Board of Directors of DRC Systems India Limited at its meeting held today i.e. January 05, 2026 has considered and approved to make further investment not exceeding USD 1 Million, in one or more tranches in DRC Systems EMEA LLC - FZ, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

The Company is investing in a wholly owned subsidiary to strengthen its strategic presence in the Middle East, positioning itself closer to key customers and capitalizing on the growing IT and ITeS sector. This expansion will allow the Company to offer a wider range of services, including cloud computing, AI, machine learning, ERP, digital marketing, eLearning, business process automation, and web and mobile app development, all while driving long-term growth, operational efficiency, and increased shareholder value.
