Bondada Engineering Ltd receives LOA from AP TRANSCO

Bondada Engineering Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from AP TRANSCO (Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited) for the development of a large-scale Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.

This order is strategically significant for the Company as it establishes a long-term annuity-based revenue stream, thereby enhancing revenue stability, cash flow visibility and return predictability.

With the receipt of this order, Bondada Engineering Limited's cumulative BESS portfolio now stands at nearly ~1 GWh, positioning the Company as a strong and credible player in India's rapidly evolving energy storage ecosystem.

This milestone meaningfully strengthens the Company's long-term growth visibility and aligns with India's grid-scale energy transition and storage-led infrastructure development initiatives.

The order value is Rs. 627,00,09,768 /- (Rupees Six Hundred and Twenty-Seven Crore Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty-Eight Only)

The project is expected to be executed within the stipulated timeline and will contribute meaningfully to revenues post construction phase, while generating stable, long-term annuity income, thereby enhancing shareholder value and earnings visibility.
