Manappuram Finance Ltd approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 600 crores on private placement basis

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited at its meeting held on February 23, 2024, has approved the issuance of Secured, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Taxable Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees one lakh only) for an aggregate amount of Rs.600,00,00,000 (Rupees Six Hundred Crores Only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 178.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 184.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 125717 in over 1999 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 184.95 and intraday low of 177.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22680274.00.
