Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd receives LOA for order worth Rs. 547.5 crore

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WAAREERTL) have received a Letter of Award (LOA) for the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work for Solar power plant of 412 MWp /335 MWac on turnkey basis.

The order is for the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work for Solar power plant of 412 MWp /335 MWac on turnkey basis with an order value of Rs. 547.5 crore. The LOA also includes Operations and Maintenance for a period of two years from the date of Hand over Take over with an order value of Rs. 6.798 crore.

With the above LOA, the unexecuted order book now stands at 1.161GW.

The projects are scheduled to be completed in the December 31, 2024 as per the term of the order.

Shares of Sangam Renewables Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4233.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4031.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14870 in over 1020 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4233.10 and intraday low of 4233.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 62946197.00.
