Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd updates on greenfield integrated steel plant

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has successfully concluded Pubic Hearing at the proposed project site for setting up greenfield Integrated Steel Plant at Village : Sarora, Tehsil : Tilda, District Raipur Chhattisgarh on 9th January 2024, and the Company received signed recording from the office of District Collectors, about successful completion of the public hearing today on 25.01.2024.

The Public Hearing was conducted for ascertaining objections, if any, in setting up of proposed green field Integrated Steel Plant from the local inhabitants residing in the surrounding villages of the proposed site before issue of the Environment Clearances for setting up of the said plant. The successful completion of Public Hearing is major mile stone in getting environmental approval.
