IIFL Finance Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 4 for FY2024

The Board of directors of IIFL Finance Ltd at its Meeting held today approved interim dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share of the FV of Rs. 2 each for FY 2023-24.

The Board has fixed Thursday, January 25, 2024 as record date. The said interim dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before February 15, 2024.

Shares of IIFL Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 651.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 639.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26989 in over 1444 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 662.00 and intraday low of 635.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17543233.00.
