Meson Valves India Ltd forms JV company with NIBE Ltd

Meson Valves India Ltd has announced that a Company under the name "Nibe Meson Naval Limited" has been incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 in which Meson Valves India Limited holding 48.95% of Shareholding of the said Company.

Accordingly, Nibe Meson Naval Limited has become an associate of the Company upon its incorporation.

The company will be in the business of Assembling, Buying, selling, distributing, importing, or otherwise dealing in Turnkey Projects for Piping systems including fabricated pipes, Valves, pumps, fitting, gaskets, gauges, and commissioning of piping systems.

Shares of Meson Valves India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 614.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 585.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 75600 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 614.65 and intraday low of 585.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46151340.00.
