Brigade Group signs JDA for Grade A Office Space in Bengaluru's CBD with Development Value of ₹500 Crores

Brigade Group, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a premium 'Grade A' office space on Sankey Road in Bengaluru's Central Business District. With a developable area of around 0.20 million square feet, the project has a Gross Development Value of around ₹500 crores.

Speaking about the development, Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited said, "This development aligns seamlessly with our commitment to expanding our commercial portfolio. Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 847.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 871.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15788 in over 1345 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 869.95 and intraday low of 843.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13445647.00.
