HCC arm receives Rs. 110 crore earn out from Cube Highways

As part of the Baharampore-Farakka Highways Ltd. (BFHL), subsidiary stake sale transaction, HCC Infrastructure Company Ltd., subsidiary of Hindustan Construction Company Ltd, has received Rs.110 Crore as an earn out money from Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd.

Shares of Hindustan Construction Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.69 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.42. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2253291 in over 2734 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.15 and intraday low of 29.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 67065827.00.
