Tricom India allots FCDs to Godrej Industries

Tricom India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 1,31,35,050 Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures of Rs 10/- each to Godrej Industries Ltd (GIL).

The stock was trading at Rs.110, down by Rs.2.35 or 2.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.112 and low of Rs.102.

The total traded quantity was 23697 compared to 2 week average of 25475.
