Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 11, 2008, inter alia, to consider issue of securities to certain selected persons / entities, on preferential basis, subject to compliance of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
