Refex Green Mobility Limited (RGML), the Wholly-owned Subsidiary Company of Refex Industries Limited ("the Company") has made an investment in O3 Mobility Private Limited by acquiring 49.99% stake in equity shares on October 04, 2023.

O3 Mobility Private Limited is engaged in the business of providing transport facility for passenger & logistics services and charging infrastructure facilities and other business.
