Unimode Overseas Ltd is now Manbro Industries Ltd

The Registrar of the Companies, Delhi (ROC Delhi) has approved change in name of the Company from UNIMODE OVERSEAS LIMITED to MANBRO INDUSTRIES LIMITED with effect from 29.09.2023. Further, Members of Unimode Overseas Limited (the "Company") also approved the same by passing Special Resolution at Annual General Meeting held on 5th September, 2023.
