Kalpataru Projects International Limited approves issue of NCDs worth Rs. 150 crores

The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Kalpataru Projects International Limited at its meeting held today has approved the issuance of Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 150 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Crores only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 629.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 624.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3863 in over 288 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 632.65 and intraday low of 616.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2429080.00.
