Indian Oil Corporation Ltd to make additional investment in Hindustan Urvarak and Rasayan Ltd

The Board of Indian Oil Corporation Limited at its meeting held on 15th September 2023 has accorded approval for additional investment of Rs. 903.52 crore in Hindustan Urvarak and Rasayan Ltd. (HURL), a Joint Venture of IndianOil incorporated for setting up of fertilizer plants at Gorakhpur, Sindri and Barauni.

Shares of Indian Oil Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 91.96 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 94.62. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1509863 in over 6184 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 94.70 and intraday low of 91.76. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 139446164.00.
