Core Projects to raise US$ 500 Million

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has approved the fund raising plan, subject to the approval of the Shareholders raising additional funds upto USD 500 million from domestic and or international market by way of QIP, FCCB, ADR, GDR etc.
