Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Ltd to suspend operations temporarily due to Cyclonic Storm

Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Plant of the Company situated at SEZ, Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat is being shut down from tomorrow evening i.e. 14th June, 2023 in view of severe Cyclonic Storm 'Biparjoy' on a precautionary basis. The manufacturing activity may remain suspended at the Plant for about 3 days from 14th June 2023 till 16th June 2023.

Shares of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 796.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 790.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1193 in over 113 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 809.50 and intraday low of 791.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 954663.00.
