Aptech Ltd fixes July 6, 2023 as record date for bonus issue

Aptech Ltd has fixed Thursday, 6th July, 2023 as the Record Date, for the purposes for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issue of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for 5 (Five) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up held as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot.
