Emami Paper Mills Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.60

The board of directors of Emami Paper Mills Ltd has recommended Dividend @ 8% i.e Rs. 8/- per share on Preference Share of face value of Rs. 100/- each and @ 80% i.e. Rs. 1.60/- per share on equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
