Alufluoride Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Alufluoride Ltd has recommended a final dividend of INR 2/- (Rupees Two only) per equity share of INR 10/- each (i.e. 20% on the face value of INR 10 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and fixed the record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend as 30th June, 2023.
