Smruthi Organics Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Smruthi Organics Ltd has recommended dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (20%) for FY 2022-23. The Register of Members & Share Transfer book will remain closed from Saturday, 29th July, 2023 to Saturday, 05th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend. The Record Date for dividend will be Friday 28th July 2023.
