Neuland Laboratories Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of Neuland Laboratories Ltd has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 10 i.e., 100% per equity share on a face value of Rs. 10 each, for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend will be paid within the statutory timelines upon declaration of the final dividend by the shareholders at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
