Cigniti Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3, special dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of M/s. Cigniti Technologies Limited at their meeting held on 2nd May, 2023 at 9th Floor, Atria Building, Ascendas VBIT, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081 have duly considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs.3.00 per equity share and special dividend of Rs.2.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
