High Energy Batteries India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of High Energy Batteries India Ltd at their meeting held on April 29, 2023, recommended payment of Dividend of Rs 3.50/- (Three Rupees and Fifty Paise only) per Equity Share of Rs 2 each, for the financial year 2022-23 for approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting.
