Fermenta Biotech Ltd sells property of Rs. 11.33 crores

Fermenta Biotech Ltd had earlier announced members' approval to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of the portion of Company's assets being premises located in Thane One Building, DIL Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Majiwade, Thane (West) 400 610. The Company has executed and registered a sale deed on April 26, 2023 to sell premises situated at the 6th floor in Thane One Building, DIL Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Majiwade, Thane (West) 400 610 on the terms and conditions mentioned in the sale deed and as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Sale of the 6th floor in Thane One Building admeasuring 7,508 square feet carpet area has been completed for a total consideration of Rs. 11,33,71,600/- (Indian rupees Eleven Crores Thirty-Three Lakhs Seventy-One Thousand and Six Hundred Only).

Shares of Fermenta Biotech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 143.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1344 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 144.90 and intraday low of 140.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 191926.00.
