KPIT Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.65

The Board of Directors of KPIT Technologies Ltd, at its meeting concluded today, has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend at Rs. 2.65/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (26.5%) for FY 2022-23, subject to declaration of t he same by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held within the stipulated timeline as per the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder. The dividend, if declared by the members at the AGM will be paid within the statutory timeline as per the Companies Act, 2013 & the Rules made thereunder.

The record date for the purpose of payment of the final dividend will be announced later.

Shares of KPIT Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 852.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 848.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23385 in over 1079 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 859.65 and intraday low of 848.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19976323.00.
