The subsidiary of Ador Multi Products Limited i.e. 1908 E-Ventures Private Limited has issued and allotted 75,376 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on private placement basis to its existing shareholders.

Pursuant to the issue of Equity Shares by 1908 E-Ventures Private Limited, the percentage of shares held by Ador Multi Products in its subsidiary company has reduced from 53.41% to 52.75% however the number of shares held by our company i.e. Ador Multi Products Limited remains same at 31,75,122 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
