LIC increases stake in BATA India Ltd

Life Insurance Corporation of India's shareholding in "BATA INDIA LTD." has increased from 57,48,071 to 64,36,692 Equity Shares increasing its shareholding from 4.472% to 5.008% of the paidup capital of the said Company.

The holding in the company crossed 5% and the acquisition of shares were done during the period from 03.01.2022 to 29.03.2023 at an average cost of INR 1569.33.
