Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd acquires land in Telangana from holding company

Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited has acquired undivided proportionate share of land measuring 6,534 square yards (5463.26 square meters equivalent to 1.35 acres) today i.e. September 26, 2025 situated in Plot No. 8, Survey Nos. 239 and 240, NEOPOLIS LAYOUTII, situated at Kokapet village, Gandipet mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana at a transaction value of ₹110.14 Crores from Brigade Enterprises Limited, Holding Company. This was one of the objects in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the Company.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 904.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 920.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6585 in over 767 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 921.95 and intraday low of 900.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5976819.00.
