Incorporated Standard ARC Limited - The newly formed Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC), established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Capital Markets Limited, is under the process of seeking necessary approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Once operational, Standard ARC Limited will focus on providing structured solutions for distressed assets and contribute to strengthening India's stressed asset resolution ecosystem.
2. Registered Standard Global Opportunities Trust - The Trust has been successfully registered as an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), with Standard Capital Markets Limited acting as the sponsor. The Trust is currently in the process of obtaining requisite approvals from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It will serve as a platform to create global investment opportunities and enhance value creation for investors across markets.
