BLS International Services Ltd's subsidiary increases stake in Zero Mass Pvt Ltd

BLS E-Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred as "BLS E-Services"), a Subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited has acquired additional equity shares of Zero Mass Private Limited (hereinafter referred as "ZMPL") from the existing shareholder of ZMPL by means of Share Transfer Agreement dated March 14, 2023.

Post this acquisition, BLS E-Services is holding aggregate of 90.942% of the paid-up equity share capital of ZMPL.

Shares of BLS International Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 160.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 155.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 174682 in over 4195 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 165.85 and intraday low of 157.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28282518.00.
