Swan Energy Ltd updates on chartering agreement by subsidiary

TOPL, 51% subsidiary of Swan Energy Limited, has executed a Term Sheet on 31-12-2022, with M/s BOTAS Trading IC, Jersey, Ankara, Turkey ("Charterer"), for chartering the Vessel (FSRU), namely 'Vasant l' for a period of365 days, at the hire charges @ US$ 250,000 per day.

However, receipt of the approval from consortium of lenders and execution of Agreement with the Charterer is pending.

Shares of Swan Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 298.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 277.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 131587 in over 3823 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 301.80 and intraday low of 279.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39012202.00.
